The winter come in !!!!

Thanks to help me to chose the right stove and if you are any suggestion ,show me

Don't forget the multifuel venting as corn burns with high acid.

Yes I know it ,witch venting you put on your pc45 at your home?witch model?

3 inch fits PC45 Several companies make exh venting for stoves and usually will have two selections for solid fuels. One should say pellets and the more expensive will be for corn or pellets. If there is seams on the pipe apply a small amount of high temp silicone over the seams as they can leak. Also I would seal every joint as a preventative measure.

Pick up a roll of high temp self bonding silicone tape for the joints, usually found in electrical and you should be set to go. Good luck. Hope to see some pictures

Make sure it's dry. Don't try and make the stove do multiple cycles otherwise it will soot up. Burn long and hard and should have no problems. If need to burn in warmer weather may want to blend with pellets for fast ignition and cleaner burn when idling.

When i put the stove at test -the blower combustion light is ON but the blower don't run?.
-the blower distribution light is ON the blower run
- the feed motor light is ON and the motor run

Actulality i don't connect my fireplace because i like to try all motor before.
To have a little vacum in the stove i put a little vaccum shoppvac to make a vacum in exaust vent.

Bun I don't understand why the blower combustion don't run

I clean the blower and I turn with my hand and it's free.

The fuse it's ok

thanks to help me

The stove don't run 2 years ago

The reason the stove was sold:( Can try and make a pig tail cord to plug the fan motor directly to wall socket to check if it will run. If it does not run then the problem is a bad motor and will have to be replaced. But make sure the fan motor connections are all connected to the harness before this step. If the motor runs with it plugged into wall socket, then you will have to check the voltage from the harness to the motor with a volt meter. But first try checking the motor with cord to wall socket. The exhaust motor is the first motor to come on to make vacuum to complete the circuit for the auger motor. Good luck

Did you get a book with it? I would check both the door with glass in it and the ash door to make sure the unit builds a vacum. There is a vacum switch that is wired to allow current to combustion blower. You should be able to make a pigtail wire and connect to the combustion motor then plug the other end into a 110 outlet so you can test it. There is a very good source of information available for the PC45 and it tells how it works and it is better then the owners manual. I could e-mail it to you but need a e-mail address.

The stove run i change motor combustion

Harman ESP waits till the stove is cold before shutting down the exhaust fan, sometimes will take the stove's ESP probe and control board almost an hour. That is by design to prevent any possible embers in the pan from possibly smoking the house up. I just pull the plug after 15 minutes or so. Your stove is OK. Why are you shutting down now? Its very cold here and have not shut the stove down for a week and half to clean when we got a brief warm spell. It ran for close to three weeks without a shut down.

I am fairly sure there are older pc45's that ran the combustion blower for some crazy amount of time, like 7 hours or something like that after shut down, I forget the specifics but I believe it is possible to have older pc45's run the combustion blower for hours, in that case nothing wrong with the stove but if you don't like it a new control board will shut down the combustion blower when the stove reaches 90 degrees F regardless of how long or short a time it takes the stove to get their after shut down
