either a bad exhaust sensing probe or circuit board. I would bet on the esp.
 
Are you running on room or stove temp? What pther settings are you running? I may not have sn answer being new but this info should help get an answer.
 
yes all fans stop ,all lights go out except the power light. a few seconds later the lights and fans come back on. occurs approx. every 15 min. but not consistently ,sometimes 6-8hrs pass before. it does it again

Sounds like something is loose in the wiring.
 
You are not plugged into a non interuptable power supply are you.

They have a test mode on them and will do that once a week, shut off power for 5 seconds. I have seen them do that to a computer before.

Never mind I reread your latest post and there is still one light on (power).

When I open my hopper this happens 50% of the time...everything shuts down then about 5 seconds later it starts up again. Just started doing this two months ago. I think my control board is getting flaky as I have checked all connections. I bought a spare board just in case. But it only happens to me so far when I open the hopper lid. And as I mentioned only about half of the time.
