With last winter being so nasty, my new green house and all the other stuff life brings. I need to step up the pace. Everything you see is at my dads place and it's 25 mile each way More wood then time, I hope to have this all cut & split by winter. Then the long haul home

last winter was pretty horrible here as well , I sure hope this winter isn't like that , but it sounds like they are calling for it to be .

Pictures are there I was just trying to edit some of the pictures. Try again see if it work this time

Looks like Oak. I hope you don't need that for a couple years.

Anything you procure yourself will have 10X the integrity of anything that might be bought and delivered, and you'll know how to best manage it from the get-go. There seem to be very few happy wood purchases.

Many Many years back I would sell firewood as a sideline when i would get laid off for winter. I would start around first week of Dec. and go until we finished. Well those day are long gone. I don't know why I still split wood for all the work involved. I might be better off to sell the wood and just to turn the gas up. Once this pile is DONE, I don't think I will keep burning.
