Whitfield Profile 30 Burn Issue

The stove was cleaned thoroughly before using this year, brushing and then blowing the ash traps with compressed air. New door gasket, and tested with a strip of paper. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be causing this?

Upon first lighting the stove it seems to work well, but I've noticed quite a lot of unburned pellets in burn pot. by morning half-burned pellets have built up in the pot, and the flame seems to be good The glass also seems to soot up little overnight.

The stove is vented with 3 inch pipe outside there is one 45 short to a short straight through wall, to a T-adapter clean out then 10 feet to a chase cap. Draft can be adjusted almost anywhere same thing happens. Had both fans tested at a shop they said there in good working condition. when I cleaned the stove this year.

Current time stove is running great on low with fan on high, damper closed little, and T-adapter clean out bottom cap off outside. But pellets keep feeding every 7 sec approx at all times even with a big flame during start up. Feeling this could be a bad photo flame sensor.

But seems like the stove is feeding to many pellets with anything I do.

It is possible to decrease the amount of pellets that feed on each of the 3 feed settings I understand that as you see the attached images I have it set on the lowest setting.

Pellets fall into grate it lights perfect flame builds and pellets keep feeding every 7 sec approx at all times even with a big flame during start up. Feeling this could be a bad photo flame sensor/photo eye might be going out.
The pellets don't burn fast enough see attached image. This is after 5 hours of burning approx.

Damper / closed - half way or open same results also cap on or off same results chimney is clean and clear, it will do the same thing full length or straight pipe out the side of house.

Just unplugged auger and let it start here is what happens once flame builds pellets don't slow down..

Update tested photo eye all good, checked with a local service tech he mentioned the control board is Ver:1.11 really old said there has been issues with them and been revised to a Ver 1.1.3 at $400

After more testing on a few other things just picked up a new control board Ver: 1.1.3. stove is back to 100% amazing what $420 can do, installed turned on, fan was revving up fired fast and damper adjustment. Now Zero Problems.
