The others of the door open are even worse. I am thinking it may be a coal stove?
 
There seems to be some sort of grating or "fence" in front of the glass. So, I surmise it's a wood or coal stove, since I don't think pellets stoves have the fence.

ETA: That handle on the floor may go to the shaker grate...

Got a reply on the posting. Its a CW30. Way to ugly to start a restoration when they want $500 Guess I'll have to move to wood burning side and see if anyone can get some details.

The wood stove I seen was made so you could open the top and it had a grill to BBQ. It had a draft system that no smoke got in the house when you did that . Quite unique.
