This is a Preway brand fireplace. Out of business, used triple wall air cooled pipe. If you can confirm the size of the triple wall pipe ID/OD (photo of it the two ends would be best) there maybe some replacements available for you. Specifically, Preway and Marco brand fireplaces used the identical triple wall unitized pipe. This triple wall pipe is still available in 24" lengths through Lennox Hearth Products (who purchased Marco fireplaces).

happy to know you seem to have a hndle on things. i totaly agree on the costomer service issues. what ever you do to get it buttoned up for the season make sure you keep your distance from that upper section of chimney, as it is probably not rated for indoor install. i would assume that it needs more than 2" i would treat it as single wall black pipe, 18" to combusables. sounds like time for more of those signs. also keep those neighbours happy a 6 pack here and there may save you a trip from the building inspector. just because it wont burn down does not mean it will be up to code.

No offense, but that thing is a disaster waiting to happen.
You should not be using aluminum sheetmetal anywhere near that thing.
Just my 2 cents.
You going to be sucking more heat out of the house, then that will ever come close to putting in the house.
