north shore ma
Down the Cape for the weekend with the wife and stopped at an agway we passed in Dennis. They have pellets at 7.99 per bag and no break on a ton! When I inquired what manufacturer they said that this year it was blackstone hardwood pellets in the agway bag. For 7.99 no thank you. Thats more that okie firs at 360 per ton on the north shore. Glad I purchased 3 ton of blazers for 299 per ton at prebuy!

Once you go over the bridge everything costs more!
I hear you prices on the north shore aren't cheap either, but 7.99 for a bag and no break on a pallet is laughable. If that was my only option I would be burning oil for a long time.

Got to be pretty desperate to pay $7.99 per bag for any kind of pellet. Maybe they are made of recycled dollar bills!
Or maybe they have gold shavings inside the bag and the real manufacturer is actually goldschlager!

I was in my local pellet store and inquired about Blackstone. According to my shop they only make their own brands and do not bag for anyone like Agway or Tractor Supply. It is always in their own bag. My shop gut says he knows the know the sales rep pretty well. They move a lot of their pellets. I burned 2 bags and thought they were pretty good.
