Ok, So I just took my Enviro Windsor stove outside to do a good cleaning prior to using it this season. As I disconnected it from the chimney I observed the first couple of feet of pipe was chock full of ash. Could this mean the exhaust motor is not keeping up? The stove burned about 1 ton since the last cleaning of the t-pipe coming out the back. Just wondering if someone could point me in the right direction ? or do I just have to the disassemble the pipe more often. I should note that the stove is vented through an existing fireplace. There is 3' of double wall 3" exhaust into 14' of ss 6" chimney liner to the roof. I

If the exhaust blower wasn't working properly, you'd know it by either bearing noise or it would not create enough vacuum inside combustion chamber, that would give you a vacuum flashing light on the motherboard (#2). It sounds like you just have to clean the system, piping and stove internals and she'll be ready to go. Good luck with her.

I bought the stove used last year and towards the end of the season it was making some noises. I completly disasembled the entire stove and cleaned the inside. I ordered the parts to do a complete rebuild, blower, convection, auger bushings and motor. Wish me luck

Were you burning high ash pellets? You should clean your vent after each ton burned.

Ok, I completed my full tear down and with all now blowers and motors. I have run the thing for two day andnow the convection blower is whining/whistling . Do u think I just have a bad blower? Low speed the blower is quiet but high speed is terrible

Sounds like a bushing or bearing screaming for you to pay more $$$ or try and add some oil to it or the old one

Second motor now starting to whine after 2 days. What is going on? I used a Fasco A212 to replace original motor as the enviro blower was $300. Could this be my problem or is something else going on?

Should of bought a Whitfield, same convection blower 18+ yr's, replaced the working combustion blower 3 yrs ago, sometimes had to push start it
