Feeder Motor Issue

I have a Harman Accentra insert that is going on its third winter - It ran fine the first time this year - the second time I tried to start it the feeder motor does not seem to be coming on - I cleaned the stove thoroughly, combustion motor, ESP probe etc. The igniter does not seem to come on either -Unfortunately for me I am out of warranty by 3 days. Does anyone know if the feeder motor is gone ? does that also prevent the igniter from coming on as well? Checked flue pipe seems to be clean - I lit a few papers in vent and they took right off and plenty of smoke came out pipe. Any advice would be appreciated!

The passage from the heat exchanger to the exhaust blower on the left side is almost too long for the brush that comes with the stove. It helps to hold the end of the brush with a small pair of locking pliers to get that last inch.
 
I was having the same problem and saw this thread. I checked the combustion blower and noticed it did not turn freely. When I looked down into the fan wheel housing I was surprised to find a dead baby bat jammed in the wheel! Removed the bat and the unit fired up immediately. The installer put a screen cover on the top of my chimney, but I think there may be a hole in it somewhere. So beware of dead animals in your blower!
 
Everyone thanks for the info - The combustion motor turns freely but the motor does not come on - I tested and found out the motor is getting electricity so the motor must be gone.
