I ned help stove builds up with pellets someone suggested disconnecting the outside air tube did not work

Pops, You should ask this question in the Pellet Mill Corn crib section of the site. I think you'll do better there. Sounds like air feed or pellet feed issue. But the pros will know. Good luck.

On the baby the air wash slit is to large aand needs to be downsized. We take a pc of 1/8" rod and put over the air wash slit tack it place with some stove cement. You can also get a high output fan blade that helps also. Your glass well get dirty a little faster this way. Also are you using corn or pellets they have a burn pot for each. the wood pellet pot is a different shape then the corn pot.

do you have your combustion air damper all the way open? Did you check the combustion fan to make sure it's operating properly?

When was the last time a COMPLETE top to bottom cleaning (blowers removed, all ash traps cleaned, pipe cleaned, etc, etc) of the stove done? Sounds like classic "dirty stove syndrome" that isn't allowing enough airflow through the stove.
