I am trying to get the pellet insert (its a Regency CGI60) at my mom's running - I need to remove the auger -there is a pellet jam I cant reach to clear. I need access to the back of the stove. My question is do you disconnect the flu liner when you pull an insert out? I would think so but see no obvious way to disconnect and remove. I have the rail kit and am fairly good with mechanics but I'm stumped. Please help me - I could not find another post with this info and the user manual is not helpful on this subject. Thank you!
