3 1/2" is going to be pretty hard to make up with any off the shelf part. Can you raise the stove the 3 1/2"?

You could have a single wall pipe "T" made to make up the difference. The upper portion of the "T" would need to be 3 1/2" longer, plus whatever connection depth you would need. Are you right next to a combustionable wall or materials? You will have to read your owners manual to see if its allowed and also check with your building code, if that concerns you. I just had one made by Reliance Mfg. where they made the pipe to fit my needs. It is made in stainless steel and seems well made. Don't know what kind/brand of pipe you are connecting to so that may be a issue.

You did not mention your vent pipe brand and we would need to know if the install goes straight out the wall or are you going up out the back of the stove? Since you were looking for a flex pipe, I am assuming that you are going straight out. Do you have room to use two 45 degree elbows? Offset them to make up the difference.

single wall flex may be taboo inside of the room , usually its reserved for use inside of a flue due to its lack of insulation. clearance would be an issue , im thinking it would probably have to revert to unlisted solid fuel pipe clearance of 18 inches which may cause issues in the usually tight space behind a pellet stove
