XXV won't fire

Lousy, you have been a tremendous help, and everyone else as well. Even you Retired GVA ;-)
I reset it like you had described and sure as sh*t it fired right up. I swear i reset it that same way last night, but maybe not. It was late, and a few beverages were had.

The flame looks pretty good and constant and its putting off a LOT of heat.

I just have to play with the feed settings. At 4 it seems like i'm getting quite a few clinkers going over the edge of the burn pot. If i turn this down this should minimize this, no? Probably a sacrafice for more heat though...
I have two tons of Pres to Logs and seeing i'm new to pellets i don't really have a base to judge them against. But there is certainly some desparity in pellet lengths. Some real long, lots real short. It probably didn't help that i had to unload a whole bag out of the hopper to reseal, and then dumped it back in. Maybe that has something to do with my clinkers. Time will tell.
Now i'm gonna go watch my stove that is finally working.

Stove seems to be working real well. It puts out a lot of heat and suprisingly heats our upstairs nicely. It has only been getting down to the mid to upper 30's at night this week so we'll see how it keeps up when it gets really cold.

It seems like my feed setting has to be pretty high, around 5 in order to keep the ash lip down. Would too much or too little draft affect this? I did play with the voltage/draft screw when i was trouble shooting and haven't put it back to the factory setting yet. I increased draft, so i'm thinking this would cause the pellets to burn quicker, no? Flame size is quite large when its cranking. It seems the flames are actually hitting the glass.

By the way my stove company is finally coming out next week with a new hopper to install.
