In less than a year, there will be a whole lot of idiot's jobs available in Washington and, God willing, two years after that some really big idiot's jobs along with 50 czars' jobs.

I am hoping & praying!!!!!!!

Line 3A it is!

Glad I waited until Jan '09 to put my stove into service!

12 million illegals figured out how to get everyone to pay for there healthcare, I wonder what it takes to get everyone to pay
for our pellets.

Since my wife and I built the hearth and installed our stove, think we can send ourselves a bill for the install labor? LOL.......

Seriously, your time and materials are worth something, right? I'm including a reasonable amount for mine.

I was thinking about it, but the wife doesn't think we should....what are you going to include (if you don't mind me asking)?

Well, mine wasn't all that involved, but I feel that $50/hr is fair. I'm sure installers get somewhere near that.

I was thinking along the same lines.....we built and tiled the hearth pad, painted and installed the vent, installed the stove....10 hours being very conservative.

I would not have any problem adding $500 to the total for that. Everything you did was necessary.....if you paid an installer to do it, they'd have to do the same things you did. Just keep track of all the receipts for the materials used, and then add the labor.

Hey, after I saw what it REALLY cost the taxpayers for each vehicle sold under the "cash for clunkers" program, I'm not worrying about this.

shhh, dont let anyone on here see you mention Czars in a negative light. They don't like the term "mother land" But Czars are GREAT, like the milk left over after a bowl of fruit loops.

It's called HEAP. Just lower your work ethic to the point where you earn below a certain amount, or just stop working all together. You get free wood pellets. Yet another program designed to help folks in need while teaching a whole seperate block of folks that lack of effort is GREAT, like soaking up left over alfredo sauce with a chunk of italian bread slathered in butter.

Heck, you can always plead 'Geithner' - - - Pay the money back with no interest or penalty.

You got it!! It's also called Communism or Marxism. There is no incentive to work since you get more by doing nothing.

Yep, the "Geithner Defense"......it must be a real legal strategy, since he did it and it worked.

I just KNOW it will work for a plain 'ol, ordinary, tax-paying, regular middle class guy like me, right???
