Oh hell...I'm not sure my stoves are made of heavier steel than conventional road culvert. Should I be worried? Is it safe for me to keep burning? :gulp:

Seller really caught my attention with the description. I wonder what his day job is?

goodness....and people actually have the guts to heat a building with that? I'm pretty 'adventurous' but I don't think I could bring myself to using that, perhaps outside...maybe.

Now I feel pretty good about the old Haugh's I bought this last summer for $50 which included a truckload of year-old cut wood AND an offer to let me drop two more dead trees on his property.

No worries, already thoroughly broken in.

Probably ten times thicker material than the old tin stove I used to burn in the basement.

Yes, but Darwin says the smart and healthy will learn and adapt. You wouldn't go back to that stove, now would ya? :)

Dunno. It was kinda fun to watch the sides glow and the lid on top flap up and down till I sat a brick on it. :ahhh:
