Anyone have experience with these? Our HD has lots of them and they seem OK but I lack the experience to really know. Any input will be welcomed.

Many are over 1.5 inches in length. Just an average pellet.

Thanks. This batch doesn't seem to be that long and I am getting very little ash. I have the sense that, especially among the midrange pellets, there is a lot of variability from lot to lot. I think I got lucky . . . better not to push my luck.

I am burning them now, what was left over from last year. They are
a descent pellet good heat, ash isn't bad. I started burning them last
year and haven't run into any long pellets ,if anything this batch is on
the short side I think the longest pellet I have seen is 3/4" long.

Had some last year that were between 2"-3" long. All pretty short this year. Good pellet for the price. Great customer service (prob with long pellets).

This year I bought 4.5 tons of American Wood Fibers from Home Depot. So far, I have burned three bags and have been pleased.

I have burned AWF in the past with good results overall. A little dusty out of the bag, but otherwise I would burn them again.

Picked up a Ton at Home Depot. The first couple bags the Pellets were long, easily 2 inches.
They don't feed very well in my auger, I started breaking them up (walk on the bag) and they fed much easier.

I am through 3 or 4 bags for the first time this year. The length is fine. Heat seems to be good, not great, but good. The only odd thing I noticed is that the ash in the burn pot, which is minimal, seems to clump. Not really hard clinkers but sort of like a soft, light clump. It seem loose enough not to block the air from being pulled through the plate but it is a bit weird. I've had this happen with other pellets before but with maybe one small part of the ash in a clump - but all of this ash is in this clump. Not sure if it is a bad thing yet or not. Or if it will continue with other bags or when I run the stove higher.
