You may have 120V DC but only the power a little more Amp Hour of 1 of those batteries. Like taking a bunch of D batteries and hooking enough up to get 120V DC.
Get yourself a used big "dead battery" UPS and try what has helped me for many years. It has powered my stove for hours one time.
