25-PDV settings reset...

i recently purchased a used 25-PDV pellet stove. mfg date 08/11. the person that i got it from obviously had no idea how to use it as he had about a 50/50 mix of corn and wood pellets. i've completely disassembled and cleaned the stove and replace the needed gaskets. what i need are the complete factory settings for the control board as the stove is not working correctly in the different burn settings. i called support this morning and talked to someone about the settings for the lowest setting heat range 1 as the stove on this setting had a flame that was higher than the top of the glass in the door. i was told the factory setting was 6-4-1. set the stove to that and it's working perfect at that setting. just need to fill in the rest as the guy that had it has made a mess out of this thing. the venting, exhaust, and seals are all as they should be and there are no restrictions for flow.
 
I think those are the only settings from the factory ... the 3 lower buttons. There are many threads on the forum about them. Use the search box above right... there's a bunch but here's one to start you:
