    There is a listing in craigs list for 2 pieces of 6" metalbestos chimney new in box for $25 a piece. One is 48" one is 36". This seems like a good buy? Any comments on metalbestos brand chimney? Would my sweep who is going to install be peaved that I have the chimney pieces?

    You can't mix and match pipe so if you need more than that would have to find a source for more of the same brand. Metalbestos is a good pipe, its made by Selkirk.

    Some people will only install the stuff they sell, some will do anything for a buck. As the person who will be installing it.
