I have a harman p35i and I'm using Blazer pellets they are Douglas Fir the flame doesn't seem to be as big as when I burning FSU does anyone else notice a difference in flame when burning Douglas Firs ??

They are probably completely combusting faster. Not sure what kind of adjustability your stove has, but try either upping the feed trim by small increments or closing the damper a tad, if that stove even has one.
 
If you've changed pellets, you will probably need to re-adjust the feed rate.
I burn Cleanfire Pacific, & at a feed rate of about 3.75, the flames are as high as
when I was burning hardwood pellets with a feed rate of about 3.25.
Are the holes in your burn pot clear?

Yes they are clean just a lot smaller flame
