Should have figured last night was the coldest of the year and I broke the back shaker grate. I have had this stove for 3 years & this is the 3rd one I have broke. These are CRAP in these stove. 3 day to get one from US Stove. I called the hardware store were I bought the stove They did not have any replacement parts but they did have a new stove on the showroom floor. So they let me buy the one out of it & they are just going to order one to replace that one. It also helps out that I grew up with the guys that own the store. LOL So after acouple hours down time I am up and running again. US Stove really needs to look at this in the product.

I broke mine last year now I use a shovel to move the coal to the front anyways. Works fine without the back for me
