i am looking at 3 models ..either the lopi declaration , the avalon perfect fit or some fp 33 elite ...my question is the lopi has a hardwiring kit ...my fireplace is masonry and only 2 year old house ....can i run the hardwire down through the fireplace clean out in the floor to a switched outlet ? the lopi will be installed in a fireplace that is level with the floor and the hearth ...i wasnt sure if the wire could go under the unit or if the unit could be proped up a bit ..or if this is possible

The 3 options you are looking at are pretty much all identical. From what you are saying, I think it should be fine, the wiring comes out the side at the right front, behind the surround. Sitting on the floor you'd be able to bring the wiring out of the bottom of the surround, or even just drill out a small piece need be. I'm not sure if you even need the wiring kit at all.

FYI in my experience this stove comes up a bit short on both heat output and burn times, you might want to consider what you really need it for. If it's meant to be a primary heat source I'd suggest to compare other options.

my house is 1700 sq ft 2 year old colonial well insulated ...1st floor is somewhat open and the entryway foyer goes right up to the 2nd floor ...i looked into the new lopi large flush hybrid but im shy 2 inches ....my fireplace tapers to much ...i asked someone if this unit could come out a couple inches and they told me it has to be flush i dont know any other options that really fit my fireplace ...the reason the lopi fits is because the angled back on it
