Since missing a sweet deal on a good used Napoleon 1400 I am now waiting on word from a stove installer friend on a used Envirofire 1200.

By way of background we currently have a non epa small Drolet Jasper so virtually any stove that is EPA certified and with a comparable or larger firebox is going to be an upgrade.

Any feedback on the Envirofire stoves would be appreciated.

Is this a Kodiak 1200? Reports on Enviro's woodstoves and inserts have been quite positive. Sounds like it could be a nice upgrade, especially if the price is good.

Where is "MB?"

Manitoba is right in the center of Canada. our provincial capital of Winnipeg is straight north of Grand Forks and Fargo, North Dakota while our family resides about 2 hours west of Winnipeg.
