My brick back in my avalon astoria warped last spring. I ran some 'premium' pellets through it and the ash got behind it and it bent slowly over a period of weeks. It really doesn't fit right now and pushes on the burn cup or trough thing. Anyone know if I can run it without the brick back without harming it?

Not sure about your particular stove, but we ran ours without the brick until I fixed it.
