That is why I'm asking...I need to replace them..;)

The files from the 2in1 are Oregon 3/16 " Hmmmmm

I buy a box of 10, of whatever. Lately has been some cyrogenically frozen file at the saw shop.
There probably is no "best" file. If the file is sharp and removes material, use it.
I have used a new file on 2 teeth, turned it around, filed two teeth, and then thrown it out.

A file is a tool. If it is not in good condition, it will not do its job. (sharpen a chain)

My 2 cents.

I try to just get stuff from my local stihl and tractor dealer. Those guys have been good to me so when ever I need stuff I just go there. Saw files are pretty cheap.
