Thinking about getting this insert but haven't seen one in person yet. Probably won't unless I buy one. Anyway, it appears that the air tubes slope downward towards the back of the insert. If this is so, how much wood can you actually put in it? If you put in 2 or 3 rows in the N/S orientation, would you have to use shorter pieces the higher you stacked it? Hope that makes sense. Also, how do you like it and could it actually heat anywhere near 2600 sq. ft. like advertised?
