Only out east. If you want pellets here, better man up with a 48 foot flatbed trailer and a road tractor and go get a semi load from Michigan Wood Fibers in Holland or IWF in White Pigeon. You still need the means to unload anyway.
I have no issue getting quantity from TSC (usually 6 ton at a time), loaded on my tanden axle gooseneck and unloaded at my barn with my forklift.
