This little bit of information is included on all Heatilator pellet stoves over the last couple years. If your stove is shutting off while running or shortly after start up I will bet you 95% of the time this is what caused it. YOUR STOVE IS DIRTY
Clean it! That handy dandy decal is on all of the hopper lids of stoves made in the last few years. If this is not present open that pack of papers that came with the unit, it is called an OWNER'S MANUAL. That is all and carry on!
