caddy-how much more efficient than standard furnace?

i am still deciding on which furnace.... now that someone mentioned the caddy , i've been looking into it .... what are the advantages of it over a " standard" furnace ... wiil it really have longer burn times, and will i really burn less wood - for the same amount of heat out put?? also i see there is no blower on these ... is it better to use your existing furnace's blower ? i'm down to either the caddy or a harman?? any insight on either brand why or why not ??? thanks joe
