Can anyone identify this England/Englander?

New to this forum and trying to sort out a stove for my cabin. I found a local listing for an Englander stove that appears to be similar to a 13 but the seller doesn't know the model. It has never been installed. Can anyone confirm this model from the pic?

Thats a 30:1 that they used to sell at Lowes cheap, I will look it up.

I agree looks like 12. Don't buy it. Look for 13 or 30
