Hello, I was curious, I'm going to have a bunch of roxul left over from my block off plate/liner install. I was wondering, since most chimney fires start in the smoke chamber, would it be ok or a good idea to stuff a bunch of the roxul in around the liner coming trough the smoke chamber? It is insulated already down to right before the block off plate.

Just thought it might be some extra protection and a way to use up the roxul. Thanks -Ryan
