   How can I upload video from my video library on my computer to the forum ? I have seen people do this in the past however all I can really upload from is Youtube. Is there a client to do this ? I use apple os x 10.7.

   No, you can only link to video which is located elsewhere.....which is actually a good thing, as those services offer much more speed, storage and processing.
   
   You can use the video tab in the toolbar to link to most of the popular video sites and the video will then be embedded in the post.
