Carpenter ants in my rounds

I spray home defense around my foundation 3 times a year. Over the period of 2 years, that has eliminated all ants in the home. I do not use pesticides in the home, other than around the ceiling in the basement. It is unfinished and not a living space.

Now what are these?
Same wood with carpenter ants..
are they big? Likely June bug larvae
 
June beetle larvae are very large and fat, at least the size of a quarter
