I saw another post on here about someone having the same issue but it was unresolved.

Brand new stove - Runs for 15-20 mins with an active flame and then shuts down with an alarm stating:

Ignite fail - check hopper for pellets - check burn pot.

The stove seems to be working fine when this happens.

any ideas? maybe change a blower voltage? Or should I call up tech support?

Thanks,

Dave

Make sure the exhaust stall, and the fan stall are within 10 of each other, on all 5 levels. Then fire it up and report back.

Ok - tried it but still the same result.

I upped the exhaust voltages by 5 volts to bring them within 10 of the blower voltages. The stove is still giving the same alarm after 15 mins. It seems to be working fine when the alarm goes off. Should I try switching the proof of fire switch? any other advice?

Thanks,

Dave
