Brand new unit, Auger is working fine, goes through ignite phase, then about 3 minutes after going into heating phase, it faults out with "check hopper for pellets, and check burn pot". Hopper is full, burn pot is clean.

This is what it says
"Control reads out of fuel, check burn pot. Add fuel to the hopper. If the hopper is full, relight if it continues to give that signal. Then enter the diagnostic area of the controller. A circle next to“NTC1” should be highlighted. If not, replace the 52C proof of fire switch."
The switch may not be bad just disconnected
or may not have gotten warm enough to signal that there is a fire

hopper, and burn pot.both are full and or clean. Igniter is glowing, Ive adjusted the fresh air intake etc. 40lb capacity in hopper, dumped a full 40 lb bag in etc...... Ill give your suggestion a shot, will let you know. Thanks!
