Are the indoor gasification boilers mostly 6" or 8" flue? If I add a unit to my basement I have only a couple of very tight spots to put a class A chimney. I will need to go up through a closet. Thank you in advance.

Depends on the output generally. Most units under 50kW are 6" as far as I know.
Look up some units your interested in, if you need a 6" flue collar, well that will help you narrow your choices.
