Well, the liner and T connection is in...also have cleanout. This is a vertical rise for a hearth, kinda weird but put in this way when house built.

Remove the sheet metal screws and disconnect the pipe. The convenience of the T is to clean anytime for not having to go on the roof which is not my favorite thing to do!
