Curious as to what this wood is? My X27 went thru it like butter.

Feeling the Heat
Here are a couple of shots of some wood I have recently scrounged from friends. You will notice 2 different
types in the pile. Can you identify for me? The one is a really deep yellow and the other is a lighter color. Thanks.

jim, the yellow stuff is most likely mulberry. I went thru the same thing you did about 2 years ago. great burning stuff once seasoned. lots of btus. the white stuff could be maple but kinda hard for me to tell from the pics. good score.
 
Jim, it would help to get a closer picture of the other wood.
