Looks like it's about $350-375 new, so that price is 33% off. Since it's been sitting, I'd definitely run it first--make sure it's not been started before you get there. If it's in as good shape as it says, and it pulls over and runs easily, I'd offer $200. You know he wants to dump it.

Wow! This sure looks like a saw worth looking at. If it appears to have been well taken care of, the bar and chain look good and it starts easily, $200 would be a nice price.

They go for 300 all day long by me...and that one looks like new. I agree, but I would not sit on the deal, someone else will snap it up...
