Working out my Paxo, thermal storage, injection mixing radiant loop system design. The boiler and 140 boiler valve are threaded steel, cast iron pumps and copper distribution. With proper placment, can I use brass circulator pump flanges as a dielectric point, and not have to add dielectric unions?

I am working on the same situation.

Is it recommended to place brace between black pipe or cast fittings on the boiler before you switch to copper?

What about connections to tank, Should there be a brass between the tank and the copper?
