Draft screw broke off Garrison Two!!! How do I get back on?

While moving stove into house one of the draft screws sheared off. We don't know if this was originally screwed in or welded into place. Can you help us? We are pretty handy but this is hard to figure out.

Carefully drill it out using a bit slightly smaller than the screw threads (tap drill size). Then run a tap through the hole to rethread it. If the threaded section needs to be replaced, use a section of threaded rod cut to length. Check the size, if lucky it will be standard, like 1/4-20.
 
Possibly. Is there access to the other side on the interior? If so, you might be able to double-nut it.
 
If it can be taken to a shop, (or at least out of the house) a nut can be plug welded to the broken off part and the whole thing just backed out...that very often works very well.
