I have a FA267CL Dutch West Federal Airtight Stove. (Vermont Castings) (cat stove)

Facts: 120 sqr" opening / 8'6" of tile / 3'6" to damper / Damper is only 6" wide when removed lots of room on the top side of it.

Problem: 19" offset from flue to center of stove, can't make the damper space larger, can't find the adapter for the stove

1. Does anyone know how much SS 8 inch oval pipe will bend (bend radius), also how many degrees does it twist over 42"

2. Damper, I have low clearance as this is an insert. In the manual it lists a part for a combined oval adapter and damper. Where might I find one.

3. Any ideas on how to install this. Stove can move 18 inches forward on the hearth if needed.

4. Draft, with an 8 inch pipe how many feet do i need for a good draft.

I can send a PDF of the manual if needed just email me.
