Forum User Hint Email notifications - watched threads

Please be aware of the way that notification works:

"The Hearth.com forum only sends a user one notification for a watched thread until the user views the new posts in that thread. If there are 10 new posts they will only get one email until they view those 10 posts. So if they are not viewing the new posts then it is expected that no new email will be sent."

Members should check a couple things if they are having problems with email notifications:

1. Your Alert preferences
2. Your Regular forum preferences
3. Your SPAM filters or SPAM email boxes....

Also, you can confirm your "watched threads" to make certain you are subscribed to any thread.
