Question:

Can you help me find a source for something called eisenglass? A friend of mine has an old Dickerson stove on his 72' brig (A tall ship). Rather than replace the entire stove he'd rather replace a 4X6" piece of glass

Answer:

It's hard to find....also called "mica"- it's a mineral that was used in sheets for the windows of antique stoves.
