Burning Hunk

Did my first cleaning after about 6 weeks of burning and lots of cold starts due to it being warm and looking at others pictures around here I think I'm doing OK.

Bag of junk about 2 cups maybe. 8afd957596c6d395fac0ae619f4fb1b0.jpg17af1c8fcd1ac2272ce35cec08b317f9.jpg
(ignore the grass in the background that needs cut I refuse to do it December through March the weather is nuts though.)

I did hear lots of gunk fall when I hit the very top which is probably normal but it might be worth investing in some double instead of single wall? I put 14.5 feet of soot eater rods starting at the ceiling box. I probably have 14 ft of class a and 10 to 11 feet of that is outside above the roof. The exit point is near the edge of the house and it's a steep pitch. I have about 5.5 feet of chimney pipe inside.

The important thing though is the animals are happy do what more could you ask for. 8452a147888932273be7e3710b4311d3.jpg

Looks pretty good. Watching you work wore the critters out I see.
