First time pellet stove owner ?s

I recently received a 1995 Envirofire EF3 pellet stove from a friend. I went through the whole stove, thought i fixed everything that was wrong that i could find. (EX: i replaced door and ash pan gaskets, brick steel liner). However, i got it running and now i am experiencing a stronger flame to the right side and hardly any flame to the left side of the burn pot. Looking for some tips or answers to maybe point me in the direction to the problem or give me some head way on what to do next.
