simple question just couldn't find it on a search. Installing furnace in outdoor small shed. I believe I need a 6 inch pipe. Can I just stick it straight up about ten feet with a rain cap on top. Is there anything special I need to do to get the correct pull.

I'm new to wood burning and this site. I'm learning thanks.

Just make sure you keep the proper clearance to combustibles and use the right type (class A on the outside). I'm not sure 10' will be enough for "really good" draft. But others will chime in. Most people are in the 15-25 foot range I'd say....
