For the Local Fire Department

They have the ham dinner tomorrow so they wife (others too) make pies for the local fire department, none for us, that's what I get for cutting BASSWOOD!

We came back to the station and found a cornbread cake + the recipe the other day, delicious! And very much appreciated.

Nice. I think one of the pies is a chocolate chip pie, the wife tried it out on me earlier in the week,good.

My beautiful wife surprised me yesterday afternoon with my favorite , a homemade apple pie, made with local grown honey crisp apples and a cinnamon bun bottom crust! I had to pay her back with a trip last night to the Texas Roadhouse for a steak dinner!!

Looks like she knows how to bake an apple pie. I'm hungry again.
I have apples in the kitchen. Pumpkin would be quicker and easier, though. Hmmm.
