I haven't had lobster in years. After having it fresh caught in Maine it has always tasted blah to me elsewhere. Now fresh caught crab, that we have almost at our doorstep.

Sure, just come across the pond to NC with some good micro-brewed English Ale. Then we will get the some pork, beef, & chicken smoking on the grill. We will have some sort of forgiveness ceremony, and then we will party like it's 1776.
