looks like I need to replace the auger motor on my advance. I've opened it up once before and filled if with high temp grease but now it's making an awful noise so I think I'm just gonna remove and replace. I've scoured eBay and also went on Gleason Avery website. What's the better motor. Bronze sleeve bearing which is on the GA site or needle ball bearings which is on eBay. I'm looking for a 4 rpm ccw motor. Gleason Avery is about $100 shipped. eBay $60 shipped. Both of them are Gleason Avery motors just different beatings.

Make sure you get the right motor, early advances used a chain drive auger, later used direct drive. one turns clock wise the other ccw.

It's an older stove and chain drive. CCW rotation I believe

I got mine from E bay last year.
Earth Sense energy system, Dale WI. from Ebay. for $65.

Anyone ever get a combustion blower from them. My auger motor and igniter arrived but now I need a combustion blower for a different stove. Local dealer wants $125 but esesstove has this one.
